When in the app, click the return button on your phone and you will get the 'Are you sure you want to exit the TomTom app?' message.

I haven't used the hacked one but on the store one you just press back until it prompts you to exit

I've got no idea sorry mate - this android stuff is all very new to me, I just got lucky in finding something that works on my S4. The new v920 maps have just been released, so I'm guessing the android v920 version will soon be available.
Excellent stuff russ. Appreciate your help a lot. I'll keep my eyes out for it to

To be honest I think it's worth every penny of the £25 I paid for it and it means no hunting around for updates or fixes

I'm disappointed with TomTom for Android. Whilst I can't fault the routing on it I find the interface a bit clunky and the app very buggy. I've had more crashes than I can remember as well as things like it losing gps signal at vital moments. Sometimes it takes an age to actually load up. I I also own Co-pilot which is feature packed and has a decent interface but I find it's routing can be a bit odd sometimes. I find myself using Google more and more as its quick, reliable (When you have a signal) and it also takes traffic into consideration without having to subscribe. Most of my TomTom issues were on my Galaxy Note though. I've now got a Nexus 5 so should probably give it another test run.
Bye!!!
