Hopefully on topic still but after some advice... I have a Sony Z1 and for the life of me I cant get tomtom to work. I have installed it and it keeps saying no maps found!! I am wondering if i have the file structure correct?? Currently it is on my sd card as tomtom/com.tomtom.weurope/files/all the other folders including Western_Europe the apk file lives within the top tomtom folder. Frankly it's doing my head in now lol Ive tried loads of ways but it always says no map found??

Any help/guidance would be very much appreciated. Or an idiots (like me) guide on how to install it.

I've got the android UK & RoI map on my Galaxy S4 & I have put it onto my memory card :-

Map folder is named - "com.tomtom.ukireland"
In this folder there is another folder named "files" & also a file named .metadata
In this folder are all of these folders -
" art, content, raster, resources, schemes-preset, TomTom-Cfg, United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland, VAutoTTS & voices". Also there is a file named ".nomedia".

Also the apk file - named "TomTom_UK_and_Ireland_v1.3_1346922_crk.apk" was copied to the memory card & then the file run using file "My Files"

I'll upload a copy for you & add it here later so you can try it out.

Russ, yet again, you come up trumps!! Installed and working. Only thing i need to find out now is how to stop the app from running... This android malarky is all new to me. It still has the GPS and tomtom icon running at the top of the screen. Not figured out how to stop it from running in the background yet lol
