I know it sounds stupid but controlled breathing helped as well as these friendly bacteria capsuals I took. I also took a more let's say a "laissez faire" attitude to work. My wellbeing is worth more than any job.

I have had this for years but after getting it checked out it turned out to be farmer giles i also have microscopic blood in my urine which i've also had for years, let me tell you a camera up your back passage is a breeze compared to a camera up your japs eye
Luckily for me they never found any cause and said it was just one of those things, better go get it checked though mate.

^^
To go with my Crohn's... I have got kidney stones. I have also had the camera up the cock to go with the camera down my throat and the camera up my arse. The irony is that I also work in the CCTV industry...!
Looking forward to having my too large to piss kidney stones out too.
But... I was worried it could be bladder cancer or something and as I said earlier in this thread, it's best to get these things looked at and treated early. Holding off doesn't make the results any different. No matter how unpleasant the tests or treatment, it can only get more intrusive.

Get to the doctors, its only a finger up your bum and the bonus is your not paying for it like you normally do

Get it seen to mate, stop fucking about
On a positive note, dark blood usually represents something serious, so anecdotal possible 'good' news
Enjoy the bumming, i mean fingering, i mean anal inspection

I think it's all the years of being a camp as fuck metrosexual. Your body has finally accepted what your mind fears the most.
You sir, have become a woman. Get a tampon up yer ricker, get in the kitchen and shut the fuck up.

You may want to read these articles... they're a pretty accurate description of the process.

The good news is, it's only a camera; the bad news is, it's a BBC Outside Broadcast Unit....

i had a few issues, and i was getting what i thought was a lot of blood,b ut then did a little scouring of the internet, and basically one of the big things was that i was drinking too much, eating a lot of curry (hard to avoid being indian) and never ever ever drinking water, so stopped drinking for 4 weeks, ate regular curries insteadof having them mega spicy like i normally would and for the first week not much changed, but then due to the fact i was drinking a LOT of water every day and getting a decent intake of water, i not only lost a bit of weight, but the blood stopped. in short it was dry stools causing me to push harder and create small tears. so yeah cut the booze and caffine, and get on the water too as well as the fibre.
just make sure the doctor doesn't have blonde hair and say "now then now then" before inserting
oh and if you can see both hands while he's doing it, you're in trouble.
Just remember, if they do stick a camera up your arse, this months photo competition theme is "Anything goes"!
