fatal error 1603

Hi guys,

Just trying to install a program (facebook messenger for windows) as its just more convenient than logging into the site itself, and i cannot get the program to install, i just get this fatal error 1603 at the point where it downloads the install files, not sure how to bypass it, i have googled but it seems to be for older versions of windows to fix the problem and i cannot use those as i have tried and the things they want me to do are not showing as options for me to change. Just wondering if anyone can help me out here. i have attached a shot of the message i am getting:

tonight the install worked, i am guessing the error code was for the download for the install failing rather than the install itself failing but its all working now
