Anyone recommend me a silent or quiet intel CPU cooler for microATX case?

I'm looking for a silent or at least quiet CPU cooler for an intel core 2 quad Q6600.
The problem is the case is microATX.
I've had to post 2 back already because they wouldn't fit.
I keep reading reviews but there's always something like the cooler only supports 65w cpu's or the actual size is too big.
Its my uncles Advent T9610 his desk is in his living room. It's very noisy when he turns it on.
We've tried cleaning his stock heat sink and put some artic silver 5 on but the best solution would be to change the cpu cooler.
Can anyone recommend me?

I have an Antec one of those, they are wicked.

Unfortunately the fan is 120mm I have to find one that is 80mm
