After the long update I was pleasantly surprised at the games on Nintendo land and how Nintendo have taken gaming to the next generation, can't wait for Xmas day, all the family will be playing, very innovative, love it
away for Xmas now, can see some fights over the controller already.

ZombiU looks like last gens Red Steel, one of those launch titles that seems OK at the time but soon fades.

To be honest, I am a little disappointed by the WiiU, but at the same time I can see some potential, maybe I have become jaded by being an almost exclusive Wii and DS player for so long. Or maybe I'm just older and can't actually afford it just yet.

Regardless of anyone else's opinion, I have to play Nintendo franchises, so its just a matter of time before I empty my wallet into Nintendo's bank account, again.

I'm pleased with mine. The only issue I have had was with my router.

I have a edimax and it refused to work with it at all. Would pick up wireless and the just continually moan and throw up errors o, the wii u.

I then enabled the wireless on my shirty bebox and it worked first time!

Loving the games. Just need to find the sonic racing game for cheap now

Not sure if I'm sold on this being Next Gen . Seems more like Wii 1.5 really.

New super bros is lovely looking but is same old game.
Nintendo Land is great but can see me and little girl getting bored of playing after a while .
Batman Arkham City is same old game with couple of little extras .

Just wish it had some really killer launch software not just updated titles.

But then I may just be in bad mood from spending ages trying to get the bloody thing to link to flaming router .

Will prob grow on me but I'm not rushing out to get any more games just yet.

Finally got the pro controller, nice piece of kit, feels nice and I like how i can charge it over USB (again, why can't I do that with the gamepad!), but what a waste of cash, most of my games don't support it, even nintendo's 1st party game Mario doesn't support their pro controller, yey!

Nope, doesnt' work with mario, or many of the other games it seems, and isn't compatible with the Wii mode for VC games either, basically it's a nice looking turkey

Looks like Ninja Gaiden, Sonic + Black Ops are only ones atm

I'd check, but I *think* it's support to be a Wii Motion+, not a regular Wiimote, but not 100% sure.
