Kindle books for my 9 year old lad.

How do all.

We are getting a Kindle for my lad for Christmas.
He reads well and reads lots so i am after suggestions and links if possible for some age 9-12 type reading material.

Going to put Happy Potter on it and start from there but after more options please.

My boy is only 4 but I have been reading Roald Dahl books to him for the last 6 months. Some are more complicated than others but he loves them all. Each night I ask him to remind me what happened in the chapters that we read the night before just to check that he is listening/understnading what is going on.

We started The Witches but it was a bit scary for him so left that for when he is a bit older.
All classics which I am sure he will love mate.

The Mr Gum series are really popular as well as are The Diary of a Wimpy Kid ones.

Mr Gum might be a little easy dependent on his reading ability but they are really funny....
