Auto renew Subscription working??

Hey Guys,

Is the auto re-new VIP subscriptions working ok - My renew is here, but account has been dropped to STD

Have you tried to do it manually?

I think there was a problem but if you renew manually or resubscribe it should work. Payments are manually processed by rap so there may be a small delay.

I'll try a manual payment the now - but it defo should auto renew? - Just incase the Boss needs to know

It did this to me a while back, I think the paypal acc for the subscriptions has changed. so you need to cancel the old one and resubscribe. HTH
