Easy breakfast!
I like to call this Breakfast! , no woman needed!
How to do!
if you can be arsed stick sausages in oven proof dish!
plus Bacon! Add a sprinkle of olive oil salt pepper!
cut mushrooms up into fours
Sprinkle on meat!
cook for 25mins 190deg
whisk 3 eggs in a cup or bowl, salt pepper to taste
microwave eggs stir! Under do them so they are just under cooked! Bobs your uncle scramble eggs!
meanwhile after timer has gone off!, plate up meat!
spoon scrambled eggs on!
add beans and or plum tomatoes!
cover in tin foil! Pop in fridge
wait till Sunday morning! Or if late add chips for brunch!!
Put plate in oven! Reheat for 15 mins 190 degrees!
take plate out.
job done without begging the missus to make you a fry up!!
All in under 15 mins, well about 3 mind to prepare!
