ebook Are there any free e-books for young teenagers? (Kobo)

I'm a tight wad, and don't mind buying some, but are there any good places to get free ebooks from that my 14 year old kid would be able to read?

I'm paying for the new best sellers for the wife to read, but you can't be sure a kid will bother to read to the end books, so freebies is the best option for my lass so I don't waste a wedge.

Mobilism is a great place for ebooks.
