I normally don't follow them, but 2009 i decided to give up smoking (all forms of) and it will be 3 years without a toke in a few days time!
This year for me is to get out on the mountains as much as possible and get much better at rock climbing

I have a few.
1- to get down to 147lbs, currently 168lbs of pure fat! i'm 5' 8''
2- less time online
3- 5k under 25mins
mine is to cut my drinking right down, down to just once a week, currently its pretty much every day. cut out the caffeine at work and drink more water, that way alone will help me drop some weight as that is something that has been needed for quite some time and will do a bit more exercise, i had a good couple of months in the summer but never kept that going so now i will just try to be more health conscious.
To get down to my Fighting Weight which is 12 and half stone , To do this my New Years Resolutions are too
Swap Lager for Red wine as I have a drink problem and cannot Do with out Alcohol
Run 19 Miles a week currently run 16
Get out on my Bike more Rather than Spinning
yeah i have done it before where i cut it out but it was nice and easy then as it was summer and you dont feel like hot drinks and i am not a huge fan of fizzy drinks so was on just water then, i just need to get back into the routine of getting water out of habit rather than making up a coffee. just need to keep the drinking under control once the new year starts
lose weight, slow down on the 8% cider drinking!

I will be shedding a few kilos hopefully. Going to Thailand in March so a double incentive!
Get back in the gym and do more for charity. Even though things are not looking up in this country recently, we still are much better off then a lot of others so want to give something back
