I often have BBC radio streaming in the background when using my computer. Whenever I leave the browser in Metro the sound stops. Is there anyway to keep it consistent?

Don't use the Metro browser, run IE from the desktop and it will run in the background.

I only want to use the Metro browser. Swapping between both feels sloppy.
