Ready Brek VS Oats so Simple

I have always used butter, I will continue to. Mainly for flavour and, as above WTF is marge/low fat spreads? I tolerate them at other peoples home. But not at mine. Brands, hmm i tend to use something cheap most of the time, but when cooking I try to use President as it appears to my taste buds to add extra depth, sheen and flavour

I always try to eat healthily. Too many people eat a highly processed diet with too many fizzy drinks. Which was highlighted by the Aldi thread on here. I am not going to preach, as in my late teens and early 20s I was the perfect example of this western diet. 6 cans of coke a day. Burgers, crisps etc. But... Since I started reading up on it, and thanks to the information freely available on the internet, I have made some changes. I now eat a small amount of meat, no dairy and very little processed food.

As for the original part of the thread, I always choose the cheapest oats, preferably value ones. After all I only want oats, I eat them cold in a pint glass with honey and milk, great oatshake
