Yeah what this basically seems to do is add a proxy server script to your browser connection settings. At least that's what I think it does...

there an app on the appstore called thetunnelbear.
its a free vpn service with servers in US and UK.
you get 500mb free each month and if you tweet about them they give you an extra gig.
dead handy.
you only need to have the VPN connected whilst you first connect to netflix, once you have the show up, pause it, turn off vpn, then return to watching US content on your home wifi, and not using up any VPN bandwidth.
