Selling online game accounts

Does anyone have any experience with selling game accounts? I've wasted my time on a few games over the years and figure they should be worth some money to someone. I've seen there's a few websites that specialise in this but I don't know if they're safe and have no idea how to value the accounts I have so wouldn't know what to ask for.

The games I'm talking about are free to play games like Torn/Runescape/MUD's etc.

Playerauctions is the only site i would use, there is a middle man etc to make sure the transaction works for both people
