Dead ? it was never alive! theres no way this is going to do any good imo. Playstation might have it this Gen, and Nintendo wont be able to do what they did this time and as much as I love xbox its just gonna be a case of them trying to copy all the cool things from PlayStation 4 unless kinetic 2 is out of this world which it wont be

Give it a christmas with some triple a software, it's too early to write it off, the wiiu may not be setting the world a blaze like the wii did but it's selling better than other consoles have in the past. January to June is typically dead time for gaming in any case. I can't see any point in owning one now, but given some new Nintendo stuff and a few jap RPGs I'll be all over it like a tramp on chips.

I am real but that is just my opinion. I am just struggling to get excited about this next gen I just can't see how its going to step up from the last gen. Although some of the stuff ps4 claims to do sounds good. I hope Xbox have lots of tricks up there sleeve the 360 was so much better than the ps3. Maybe i am getting confused with Sony trying to copy xbox live and the wii remote and kinect. I will defo be buying the new ps4 and xbox I want to be impressed!

Most deluded opinion I heard in a whlie.... Everyone I know including me that had both a 360 and a PS3 ended up using the ps3 as a doorstop... kids, wife, me..... none of use were interested but the 360 went on most days...
Its not just me... so many people say the same !!!!

Opposite for me, the 360 I have is overheating and I'm fed up repairing it so I just use the ps3.

I like the fact I can play online without any extra fee.

I'll get a ps4 just for 'watch dogs'.

I have a few versions of both consoles and personally prefer the ps3 and use that while my 360's mostly gather dust - hmm

this has been done to death am amazed people still bang on about x is better than y etc etc with regard to the ps3 and 360 getting rather fucking boring now

for me the 2 were pretty much identical, same games, different controller.

To be fair my most played game from this 'generation' was guitar hero / rockband, which was the same on every format anyway.

both ps3 and 360 have their faults such as ylod and rrod, they are both inherently faulty which could have been fixed by having the cpu and gpu connect to the board like a pc cpu does to its motherboard. that would have solved 99% of their problems and millions of pounds. i wonder if their new design is any better
