Auto renewal of VIP failed.

My vip renewal has failed. I've read other posts saying do it manually but what are the details, are they still the same as they were before with raps email?

Cancel the old subscription, or just wait and it will auto cancel after the second failed attempt.

To do a new one follow the linky on the top menu...

Cheers zippy. I tried that but got an invalid link when clicking on the pay by authorize.net link.

I'd prefer to pay with PayPal as well not by credit card.

Odd, i experienced the same initial renewal refusal but redid it through paypal

Sorry to be a pest but what Link? I've tried via the paid subscriptions in settings but it keeps taking me to a website where page cannot be displayed

All the old subscriptions will never work again im afraid - they are all tied to a paypal account that they locked - i got proper shafted

We are now with a new system and accept credit cards (Visa, Discover, Amex) and the system is tested working

You can activate your VIP again by using this payment form http://www.digital-forums.com/payments.php

Error
The supplied currency code is either invalid, not supported, not allowed for this merchant or doesn't have an exchange rate.

I selected the £25 GBP option ...

Ideas ?

I just got this message as well. Entered all card details and address etc and clicked submit but this error came up.
