Has anyone else been affected by this?
It is an issue that they are aware of, last month a lot of people got charged twice who had recurring Goody Bags set up.
I have been chasing for 27 days now after noticing. It was not until 7 days ago that they finally got back to me and set the issue to resovled stating that I would get a refund and confirmation within 24 hours.... Yes you can guess by the nature of the post that this has not yet happened.
On Twitter they keep telling you to contact an agent.. Yes I have done this on numerous occasions..
On the Community they tell you to contact an agent *sigh*.. Then you get the freedom fighting members who think they need to suck up to Giffgaff and tell you "contact and agent, it will all be ok"
It is not acceptable really to be honest and I think I am going to move away despite it been the most affordable PAYG option out there with unlimited (when it works) data. But I want my double charge refunding.
So, has anyone else had this? If you are with Giffgaff have you actually checked to see if you were double charged last month? Once by GiffGaff.co.uk and once by GiffGaff.com ?
