Laptop Memory HP Compaq 6720s

thought would ask on here incase someone has upgraded or has some lying around for sale

mates dad laptop is a bag of shite running vista on an HP compaq 6720s with 1gb , cup of tea job to load up

anyway it only as 1gb in it but he's skint and i always end up sorting it out but might be able to get him to spend £20 on it
im going to put win 7 on it FOC ! and upgrade memory if poss

anyone got any for sale that used but fine etc obviously the bigger the better

can get 2gb for £19 new but 4gb used would be great

I was going to say I probs have a 1gb stick you could have as a return favour but I definitely don't have any ddr2 over 1gb.

Cheers mate I've found some 512mb last night so it's on 1.5gb and seemed a bit better once I stick windows 7 on it should be useable
