If at any stage in the future, you get stuck with "this is not a registered device for development" send me a pm and i can add it to my developers account..

I just tried that video and it doesn't work - maybe his pin code is 1111.

I think the distinct lack of shake on the digits when he enters it says it is his pin

Edit:- he also goes to enter 1 first, hesitates, then taps 2

you can but you need to make sure when you restore back to 6.1.4 you then activate it again (as a new phone)
once thats done and you can access the home screen on the iphone connect to itunes then hold shift while pressing "check for updates" not restore.

then point it to the ios7 image should all be good then.

Keep us posted on your progress..
If you need to add it to my account it's not a problem...
All i would need is your udid and whatever name you wish for the phone.. I always leave it overnight after registering as their servers get hammered at times like this and it needs to see it's registered before it allows the upgrade.
I gather if you connect it itunes doesnt see it? on the info screen in itunes you can click on the serial number and it will toggle the UDID if it does

Here is a support doc explaining how to get it using the apple configuration utility
    http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1465

    And another way is...
Connect via USB cable to a Mac
Do About this Mac, then More Info. Look at USB connections - the panel describing the phone has the 40-char UDID in it

Consoles instructions have worked fine. I fear that when there is a beta update the phone will fail activation again unless UDID is registered.

if it does, just roll back to 6.1.4 then do it all again, tbh this has been running sweet on my iphone 5 not come across any issues as yet.
Once the official rel comes out ill just roll back then update via itunes legit. Do miss my jailbreak though

I put this on my iphone 4 a few days ago, not a prolific iphone user so mainly just check the weather, messages and use it as a phone but I have to say I do like it. No issues thus far

I'm using it on my iphone 5 with no probs really.. battery lifes a bit shorter but manageable if you limit the location services you utilise..

I always use it on my main phone and only had a few scary moments with all the betas i've run ..

Mine resprings loads, and quite a few apps don't seem too happy such as HSBC, eBay and IMDB.

its definitely got potential, but if you're looking for stable I'd hold off as even the phone app has crashed while answering calls!

Mines not resprung and never crashed at all since installing but of course it does hate those same apps and it makes sense
to wait for the next release.
in the past however, I have been invested in a beta only to have them issue one where for instance. the wifi doesnt work..

It would leave you stuffed then until the next beta.. often up to a month.

I'm currently jailbroken on 6.1 but there's nothing I particularly need from jailbreaking.

I'll miss the 5 icon dock and the 25 icon homescreen but the UI changes I've made, whilst being "woooooo" when you first see them they become a bit meh over time. Clean fluid lines and a silky smooth UI are what iPhone lovers love.

I'll probably miss inteliiscreen but much of that is handled by the new control centre and notification centre tweaks.

I really should hold off as I need my phone at work daily but I know that I won't, especially since supe kindly registered my UDID.

    cheers,

    malty
