Is there any free ways to get his locked

old company phone that is not wanted back and was going to give it to my mum as she just wants a basic phone.

need to read a log file of the handset via usb cable and software then upload this to a server service to process the hash file to extract lock code cost you about £3 to read it and £5 to get it processed

do you think this would be cheaper option for a nokia n8 ? or just take it to a shop instead - ive downloaded the software and fired it up do i have to purchase the credits first ive read the info but its not 100% clear

i got one off my neighbour believing it to be unlocked put my t-mobile sim in but it looks like its locked orange

yeah as its Nokia RAPUYAMA v11 Model

but t-mobile sim should work now as they same co, try a manual network selection

give orange call heard they have given codes free in some cases as they now have shared access

no luck with orange over the phone they told me 20 days and £20 then waited nearly a month to be told i needed previous phone owners number then that didnt work out so now looks like trip to the orange shop itself and see what happens
