Hi, I have tomtom go 510 and wanted to update the maps on it. The boot version is 4.86 and navcore version I think 6.525. I have downloaded the maps which you given above, but I think, I might not be able to update these maps as my boot version and navcore version is old, can you give me a bit help about how to update those version and then update the maps please. As I am new to these things, if you give me instructions to update that will be great. I can't see any of the links on the website as I don't have more than 10 posts. Thank you.

Use Tomtom Home to update your navcore, then have a look at the guide posted in here on how to patch your tomtom & then to activate the maps.
