Hurts like fuck. Thought it was gout for years as I get it about 2-3 times a year. But I eat really well for last 18 months but still comes back, out of no where. Hurts like fuck when I try to lift toes up, or wiggle side to side.

Feels better today on my 4th fucking day.

It's all come back to me last night on how I injured it.

Last Saturday I was out in town for a friends birthday, few drinks down pretty pissed and a few girls were pressuring me into doing some "slut drops" I did one and it went OK, I did a second one and couldn't get back up and fell back on my arse.

I think my weight dropping down to a "slut drop" is what has caused it

Still suffering with this

Swelling has reduced but the pain and lack of movement (anything other than down weight) still seriously affecting me.

Was worst yesterday and then woke up today and it's fucked again. Sat here with frozen veg on it as it throbs away to fuck, can't move it in any angle.

Does anyone have experience of Ligament damage/inflammation? The Dr at the A&E said it will flare up and down over the weeks, and we're into the 4th week now and everyday I'm still struggling with it.
