David Haye has announced he has signed to fight Tyson Fury on September 28th.
The fight between the two British heavyweights has been mooted for sometime, with both fighter's camps reported to have been in talks for months.
Haye posted a video on his Instagram account, signing the papers for a fight, scheduled for September 28th but it has yet to be confirmed whether Fury has agreed to face Haye for the first time.
Haye wrote, "I've just signed to fight Fury on Sep 28, let's hope he finally agrees (and signs today) and he doesn't keep delaying.
"Word around camp fire is Fury is looking to duck me and fight Toney 'The Tiger'. Let's hope they are just rumours ..."
There have been rumours that Fury, a former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion, may choose to fight Tony Thompson ahead of Haye.
If the fight does go ahead, it would be the just time Haye has returned to the ring since beating Derek Chisora at Upton Park a year ago.
