Can mame be installed to wii?

Hello all, I have a modded wii, (4.2 i think). Not looked at it in years. Was wondering can mame be installed, and if so does it run ok.

What about using other controllers etc...

Any drivers going about for using dongles in order to plug in USB dongles to use the old pads?

Anyone looking for a wii, don't get the black one that came bundled with sports resort as the drive hardware was fixed prior to launch and it cannot play dvd-r discs.

Unless you swap the drive for a dms/d2b/d2c or d2e... cheap enough... or just load from usb hdd
