Can anyone do me a huge favour?

I've got a badge that being used on a football kit for some kiddies and we need the logo to have a black edge going around it by a few mm.

Reason being it's going on an Orange kit and we need to the badge to stand out a little bit. It has a black outer ring now, but we need it a little thicker.

We're not sure on how thick, so if this could vary from small to bigger just so we can print them out and sample them first?
