Thank you for staying connected. Ihave looked into this and can see that your seller need to have a merchant account to receive payment. Since this is done by your seller, you have to infomr them about this. Their card issuer will be able to assist them for this.

You can provide this link to your seller for their reference on how they can set up to receive credit card payments.

if you can take PayPal and listed it as a payment in the sale they should pay you , other wise report this to eBay and fuck them off.

Ihave looked into this and can see that your seller need to have a merchant account to receive payment.

Your merchant (and preferred merchant on eBay) IS PayPal and they accept all major credit and debit cards as long as they are registered on the buyers account.

Report the scammer to eBay and PayPal. They'll get removed from their systems.
Just out of interest, what feedback rating do they have?

Of course, this does all take into consideration you do in fact have a registered and verified PayPal Account?!

philologists would tell you that this means he isn't honest ;-) If they have to point it out then they are obviously concerned about their honesty and therefor must done something dodgy to cause this concern. ;-)

Can you not just call eBay and speak to someone about it?

Just book a call with eBay/PayPal, this kind of shit is exactly why I won't sell on eBay anymore.
