Windows 8 Internet Issues

Hi guys,

really struggling with this one

got a brand new windows machine, installed the usual applications (nod32, office etc)

noticed that sometimes websites just refuse to load, but then hitting refresh a few times solves it. Put up command prompt and done a ping www.google.com -t

what i noticed was

a couple of replies, followed by request timed out, followed by more replies

there is some connectivity issue going on but struggling to narrow this one down

ps same issues pinging to local ip addresses

jeez, narrowed it down to the wireless, a driver update fixed it
