GTA 5 mission issue!!!!!

Ok you know the mission where you have to get the submarine and the helicopter? Well I chose the offshore option, I have both of he above and nothing is happening?

I've done all the flight school missions with the other guy, Michael.

Yet nothing is happening, I cannot go any further?

Yeah Im sort of stuck here as well :-(
When I climb the ladder to top of the hospital helipad there are no helicopters there???
Do you have to pass all the flight school first? I Passed all the flight ones except the very last plane trick one which was doing my head in so much I had to stop or I was gonna break something!!! lol

I have a GTA Mission issue. I am doing the Paleto bank job. I have come out of the bank and blown all the cop cars up, but then nothing happens. We all stand by the hotel, nothing else comes. The internet says a chopper comes. But hasn't for me.
