not received my phone back from repair from ebay seller

had to purchase and use another phone in the mean time and started to ring the seller after a 4 week wait to find out how my phone is coming along

he kept me up to date and the week before last he finally said he had got it to boot and would post it out 20 /09/13

this has been such a long time that now the listing only shows up my archive

i have been emailing him and phoning yesterday and today and he is not responding

being over the 60 days what are my options?

i just want my phone back

is it going to be off to the police?

Once the address has been verified start sending him all sorts of crap and spam his phone as well.

This is the issue with ebay transactions involving services as you will not be covered for the item as this has nothing to do with the ebay transaction it is just a repair service you bought.

personally I would call the police m8, sounds like hes doing this a lot, if I live near them I can go get the phone back for you but I would get the police in a prosecute them for theft, fraud and deception
