i know loads of bikers and they arent thugs, in fact i have found them to be more educated and reasonable than the average car driver

The bikers are clearly trying to intimidate him and he hit one because it slammed all on directly in front of him. Given the same circumstances I'd have done the same and reversed over the cunts a few times too.

The swarm of bikers all in one place is intimidating and in my opinion shouldn't have been driving the motorway the way they were... in their thousands. That makes for a disaster waiting to happen.
I would say the bikers were more to blame and shouldn't have reacted in vigilante justice. Get the cars details and let the cops find them.

I reckon the original accident happened before videoing started. I'm not sure what the biker slamming the brakes on in front of the Range Rover was thinking, but that was clearly his own fault.

If I was the Range Rover driver I'd prob have done the same if I was genuinely in fear for the life of my wife and kids. And face it, with a 100 faceless angry bikers staring at you, you're gonna shit it

I'd also be in the lynch mob if I was a biker. From the minute the guy at the start (from what it seems) intentionally backs into him, or tries to force him to slow down, gets hit the guy in the Rover has no chance.

Bikers were well out of order. Range Rover guy perhaps had a biggest vehicle, but that would haven done him no good if they broke into the car meaning there were 50 of them and one of him.

What are the odds that the Range Rover tried to get past, wasn't allowed as the bikers were being bell ends taking up the whole motorway, accidently bumped one or two trying to pass, and then pack mentality sets in.

I've been in a similar situation driving home when a fucking push bike rally was taking place. Cunts don't observe any road rules and DO ASK to get hit.

I reckon in real life the biker who cause the Range to stop for no reason is obviously at fault.

However I believe the angle taken by police and insurance is that the driver behind should keep a safe distance.

This would actually be a great case for our new anti tailgating laws which would imply both should get done. When the law was passed I thought it was the stupidest thing in the world that the person behind and in front could get done but after seeing this I think that would be the perfect solution.

Driver shouldn't be prosecuted for driving over the bikers - other bikers put him in a position and gave him no choice. However those who attacked his car should be done.

The guy who slows down in front of the Range Rover is being procecuted for causing the accident that caused it all. Police so far not charging the Rover driver

Pulling wheelies over the place, weaving in and out of all lanes at ones. Cruising down the inside hard shoulder (right hand side in the US) for miles on end instead of on the carriageway.

Whilst pack mentality clearly set in, my money is on the RR driver took exception to the riders acting like dicks, and then it kicked off from there. For what it was worth, if I had my wife and kid in the car, I'd have ploughed through them as well if I thought any of us were in danger.

I've been in a similar situation before, only I was driving a 40ft double decker bus. I didn't make physical contact with anyone but did swerve into them just let them know I'd had enough. A lot of bikers are very good people but there is a majority of them who think they own the roads, fucking cunts.
