Malaysian version of a Salad!

We went to an area of London that is heavily Maylaisain. Much to my surprise, while eating many traditional foods, almost nothing was hot. It si a cold eating cuisine. I personally die not like anything I had whiel out, but never been disappointed with anything my friend has cooked.


I am trying to prise out the details and will also follow up with this eatign area and spficically where we went.

Fucking hell... I have two methods for rice.

1) Buy a packet of ready made, namely Veetee. Its £1 per pack and will do two servings. Loads of flavours and pisses all over Uncle Ben. Takes 2 minutes in the box nuker.

2) 2 Cups rice, 4 cups water, 1 spoon of oil. Fuck it all in a plastic nuke proof container. 10 minutes on high nuke, 10 minutes on medium nuke. No need to stir or do anything. (Should do six people or half a fear345)

Rice, defrosting things and cooking baked beans is the only reason i own a microwave. And I hate rice...
