I just cant get into the new fifa, it seems to be so hard to do anything, i could go on all night about what i don't like.
the whole game just feels awkward, even with the trapping of the ball and tapping sprint, the AI on the computer on world class and legendary is next to impossible to beat and sooo heavily scripted.

A typical game v World Class is just running round trying to steal the ball off the cpu in a midfield free for all brawl, if you do get a tackle in 90% of the time the ball will rebound to another cpu player, your none controlled players will just stand there even when your pressing team mate assist, the rare time you do get the ball with your 90 speed rated player some bronze defender with a speed rating of 35 out sprints him to the ball, if you are fortunate enough to get near goal chances are you will hit the post, the keeper will pull off a super save or your header will be just over the bar, the cpu will counter attack and score easily as your defenders are out of position or don't react half the time..

I made it to league 2 on FUT but am not even going to attempt to go any further, i just don't enjoy this version at all

It feels rushed, flawed and untested..

What do other people think of it?

Don't see a great improvement from 13 really.
Only really play FUT these days, seems like the offside is biased towards the defending team. 'Every' through ball in the opponents half leads to an offside.
It is improved slightly by not having stupidly quick attackers, i guess due the my gripe in my previous point.

I'm waiting for the Xbox one version rather than buying it twice cause apparently they've put all the big improvements into that one rather than the 360 version

I would seriously consider not buying this game for the next gen, EA have ruined it, its now a boring sim, not the fun Fifa should be, do a quick google search or a look on EA's forums they are full of posts off people who hate the new game, EA have really messed up this year and the usual game review sheeple have rated it high without even playing it properly, do some research on this one before you buy people. IGN is a good place to look for comments also.

I'm enjoying it to be honest, still got issues online with scripting etc

If you're playing single player then consider messing with the sliders.

Check this post out and change the sliders to these settings, I had a quick go and it made it more realistic on World Class with fully manual controls. http://www.operationsports.com/forum...lider-set.html

I'm actually enjoying it too, it does feel very scripted though when playing FUT on the harder difficulties.

Can't wait for the One! I'll be sat waiting at my front door on release day!
