    ebay Plausible or stolen ?

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Samsung-Ga...item2a32d92a91

Why would a cancelled contract get a phone blacklisted ?

Why would it have no charger?

I think it's more than likely nicked/found and been blocked when reported by the original owner.

I'm sure Orange block phones that are running under a contract with an unpaid debt, but not blacklist. That item stinks of a stolen phone though.

Nah... Clearly 'lost' and an insurance claim and they have then realised that the phone company has locked it...

Or... Whoever they sold it to originally has swapped it over ? If you look at the buyers history who gave the negative feedback, he seems to go through phones. An iPhone in April, an S3 in September.. All hidden items too..

networks will put a call bar then blacklist on a handset if bills are unpaid as they have been unable to recoup the subsidised price from the contract owner be means of line rental

thats why its also big risk buying upgrade phones off ebay because seller month down line might bump the contract and you get shafted exactly same as if it was an insurance claim etc

so in answer it could be either but most likely stolen or insurance scam handset
