A problem with my sky f3 box. No power at all but at back my internet connection still flashing. Anyone who knows what the problem is, a very wecolme!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I understand your problem and I'll help. You need a straight 240v direct power lead. Remove and step down adaptor and plug it straight in. This will cause a power surge that will clear the software glitch that is holding up the system. You will know if you've succeeded as there will be some smoke or smell that be a tell tale sign of clearing the fault.
