Dell 1545 Laptop screen

Ok guys, can anyone help got the GF laptop and its a dell 1545 which has an old 15.6 lcd screen which is an LG one LP156WH1

now genuine one costs £75(used) -£118 (new) from what i can see, but people selling these converted LED CCFL screens for £50 but you cant control brightness and i know she will just moan her tits off

So does anyone have a used screen, they want to sell or faulty dell 1545 with working screen to sell or that can swap screens and bung you some cash

or do i just put the converted one in and tell her she broke the brightness

Ive fitted a fair few converted screens and the led screens are nice and bright so you dont really need to adjust

No doubt she'll still moan though lol

yeah mate im thinking she will moan its too bright and wants to turn it down lol

Battery life is much better with LED as well.
