A quick google search seems to point to bad install media. Have you got another disc/iso you could try?

Use a decent USB stick. So much easier, quicker and more reliable.
Can't find a USB pen large enough, looks as if all of my 16GB pen drives have gone walkies... Tried multiple copies, suppose I'll try and download and burn it again on my laptop.

An 8gb stick is big enough for USB install, just brought one for less than £5 for installing on my DVD-less laptop and worked as expected.
This does happen especially if you use Nero to burn an image to a DVD, there is a Microsoft KB article if you google it, use a Windows 7 machine and burn to disc using native tools or like someone said create a USB stick much faster.
Use the windows DVD download tool to put the iso to USB or DVD.

When burning operating system install disks always use premium media and burn at slowest speed for best results.
I would also only burn to optical media now as a last resort. Well worth having a few decent USB sticks for such purposes.

Anothe reason for this in my experience is when using 2 x 8gb sticks of ram . Pull one out , install and then put back in, weird I know . Just thought it might help somone one day .
