Hi Folks, Just to introduce myself, I am 74 years old, retired after 20 years working as an aircraft electrical engineer, 8 years as an hotelier, 5 years as a sub-postmaster and 15 as a restaurant owner before going broke.
I now spend my time fiddling (as my wife says) with my motor caravan, taking occasional trips (between hospital, doctor, optician and dentist ), reading and watching telly.
I noticed on this forum a thread about cheaply repairing led televisions because many “dead” ones are caused by capacitor failures and many other problems with fairly simple board changes. I thought “I can do that” so here I am.
Cannot add much to the forum but will be asking lots of questions, which when answered, may be help to other people.

Just use enough water to cover your vegetables,the same goes for when you're having a bath....
