hi god i'm stupid, f5s box arrived set up all good went to display settings played around and now picture colour is mad blue potatoes grey faces but i didn't write the default settings down can anyone help please

Hi.
Back up your files to a USB. you will find how to in Menu - Tools - Dump by USB. select the files you need to backup.
then go To Tools - Factory Setting Select YES. then Next Screen "Do Not Select Anything" Just Press the Blue Button.

You might have to set the internet connection & display settings. if you are still having issues with it i will try & help you the best i can, but there are people with more experience on this Forum than i have & am sure they will assist you.

The default for the display settings are all 50, except sharpness, which is 5.

I would try this first before resetting your box back to factory settings.
