      Help Vin Santo Sauce - contradictions online

      I can find a cream looking one and a more stock like looking one.

      I also find recipes relating to mains and puddings

      What is it and how is it made.

      appears to be a sauce made with Vin Santo, Holy Wine. Just like you can add wine to a cream or stock based sauce??
