    Does anyone know how to make this harvester sauce, can't find it anywhere?

    Red Devil Sauce Recipe

    Our red devil sauce recipe is similar to the one you get from Harvesters at the salad counter.This Red Devil sauce recipe is very tasty.

    You Will Need:

    • 2 red onions raw finely diced
    • 4 dollops of mayonnaise
    • 3 tablespoons of red balsamic vinegar
    • 4 teaspoons of sugar
    • 2 table spoons of tomato sauce
    • half a tea spoon of crushed garlic
    • half a tea spoon of crushed chilies.
    • half a red pepper
    • dash of worcester sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • tin of chopped tomatoes
    • pinch of basil
    • splash of beetroot juice
    • Corn flour

    How to make Red Devil Sauce

    Step One
    In a blender add the finely diced red onions, mayonnaise, tomato sauce,red balamic vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic, crushed chillies, red pepper, worcester sauce, pinch of basil, splash of beetroot juice and the tin of tomatoes. Blend until all mixed together.

    Step Two
    Add some salt and pepper to taste, then add the corn flour to thicken the sauce to your desired thickness.

    Step Three
    Chill in a fridge for a few hours before serving.

    the company stated they only do large catering size ordered for businesses etc. They have just emailed to say that they now stock this in small bottles, just ordered myself two!

    The actual name is Red French Dressing by Atlantic Foods.

    Why anyone would want to reproduce anything from a Harvester is beyond me.... granted not tried that particular sauce but I find harvesters
    are generally massive plates of low quality ingredients ..... the veg is usually a disgrace !!
