Accessing satnav Favourites and History on Sygic Android satnav app from Tom Tom app

Hello all-
Can I access existing Favourites and History saved in the Sygic satnav app on my HTC One Android smartphone from the Tom Tom satnav app that I have just installed?
Or-can I copy from the Sygic app to the Tom Tom app?
