Skybox f5

Hi to all ... wondering if anyone has any suggestions ... my sister has bought a f5 skybox ... the radio doesn't work... if she hits the radio/tv button it says no radiostation found .

Not knowing to much on this equipment we have found how to scan (single sat search tv+radio blind scan) but still no radio channels ..I was wondering wether its been programmed in there or I there a plug-in missing.

Only way I can describe the firmware is that it has IronMan in the background ... any help appreciated
