    Default Skybox

    Hi,
Basically iv heard a lot about these boxes/systems and just was wondering how they work...
So if anyone could give me some information on them it would be much appreciated...
I was going to get sky but my mate told me about theses boxes and that they receive all sky channels and you just pay a one off fee a year to update them? I have a sky dish installed at my house so will I just be able to plug it in and go?

    Thanks

    Carl

Do you mean Freesat? I have a HUMAX HDR-1010S. It's like Freeview but for satellite users. You can pause, rewind, record live TV etc and you get HD channels too. Really love the system. You even get BBC iplayer, itv player, 4 and 5 od too... along with youtube. Check freesat out on google and you an read up more about them.

    3 Thanks given to cjdean1983

Best advice is read your welcome message, at the moment you would appear to be a leech!

On second thoughts and a proper read of your post you are a liability, goodbye. . . .
