Reseller Hosting Question

Hi guys,

As some of you know I run a web hosting company.

I have a couple of questions

1) For reseller web hosting packages, do you think everything should be "unlimited" except for the space and bandwidth?

2) As cloud and VPS web hosting are essentially the same, just different hardware (mines all on the cloud) would it make more sense to scrap VPS and merge it with Cloud?

Ideally of course, the more the better. For example extra domains don't necessarily use up much if any space or bandwidth so not being able to add them is a definite negative

Nope, cant let them go mad, still need a certain allowance on things even if they high allowances.

Do you do MSSQL what license you got for that is it CAL based?
Do you Antivirus/AntiSpam mail if so do you pay per account?
Etc

Just do everything unlimited for free.. it saves paperwork !

I disagree as I am guessing you have different levels of Re-Sellers already so using your management software to tweak these other settings aint going to take you long to do and once set then they set for life ;-)

I would look at other hosting companies websites and look at their structures and do similar ;-)

2. I thought Cloud Servers were just the new buzz word for VPS so yeah call them that as sounds "Cooler" honest ;-)
