    Default Amazon prime

Just checked my bank statement and noticed £49.00 taken from my account from amazon prime so I asked my family who ordered from amazon using my card details as they usually do ,and no one had ,so i contacted my bank and they told me to contact amazon prime, and to my surprise the money was taken without me signing up to prime ,so just a warning to others who use amazon to check your bank statements as this is a yearly annual fee WASN'T SURE WERE TO POST THIS

    Thanks to jesste66

I'd hazard a bet someone bought something from amazon using your card and they didn't change the delivery option from prime, this signs you up to prime automatically after your 30 day trial expires.

Same thin happened on our account. The mrs clicked the free 30 day trial. When it expired they took the money. Defo worth contacting Amazon, they refunded us the 50quid and cancelled the prime membership.

I'm sure I previously read on amazons site that they will refund the prime charge provided the service hasn't been used since being charged
