Question Anyone a Tree Surgeon - pricing question

Woudnering if it is worth getting some people around to quote. I don't wan to waste anyone's time.

We live mid terrace. 100ft garden. Tree at back. Accessible, through house or small alley at the back. Tree, large, old and looking dead (in the summer) in some parts, so likely to be dying. Tree spans well over alley and adjoining properties at the back on other side of alley. I am worried part of it i about to fall on neighbours large, fancy looking shed.

This would nto be an easy removal even, easy to cut back overhanging branches. Will this be hundreds, or am I dreaming and likely to break into the K's?

    Thansk for any help.

No. No TPO's on that area. Even if it was. Its partly dead and spreading. So strong case for public and neighbour safety to remove it anyway. Good question though! And one I had not offered up.

I've got loads of tress in my garden. As part of a much larger quote I've been quoted £350+VAT to chop down the one Oak that needs to go. My access sounds like it's similar if not a little trickier than yours.

I few hundred I can manage and entertain. May get a few quotes then for works to be done March.

Was this down to stump. Or heavy excavation as well? In due course (next 5 - 8 years) I want a wall at the back and decnt key style gate with outdoor BBQ Assador style cooking area. For that and due to tree location, some serious works wil need ot be undertaken to get footings in.

    Cheers.....Q

This was down to stump and then stump ground down.
