F5S 7 day EPG

installed this and everythiny seemded to go ok, only it doesn't tell me whats on lol

here are a couple of pics

something obviously isn't right but does anyone know what?

No idea what your issue is but I turned it off as it made channel changes unbearable.

I warned people not to put the 7 day epg firmware on their boxes!!!

if it has installed ok (some are bricking skyboxes) then you need to have a usb stick in the back of it at all times buddy

my advice remove it and stick with the older perfect working firmware and buy whats on tv every week for 30p

The latest f/w updates brick the clone boxes after 10 or so reboots i think....I'm fortunate enough to have an original box and have been running the new 7 day EPG and think it's a good addition. However, it says 7 days but, i only get 5 days :-/ and for the life of me i can't figure out why some of the movie channels are blank??

There is also a bug within, in that the EPG does not update automatically...The only two ways i've read to get it to do the update is to either manually do from within the menu sections or if you can't be asked to press a few extra buttons you go in to the Menus - System Setup - EPG and time settings - scroll down to XMLTV and then switch the box in to standyby mode. You should then see the letters EPG on the front display. Let this run for around 10 mins or so until the time is displayed. Your EPG will then be up to date. But in my case still missing the fecking movie channels for the day (yesterday at the time of doing).
