Yes mate. Look under VIP/hackermil then you will see the "option" to "donate" various amounts for access to vip section for anything from 1 month to 1 year. Here is the blurb.

"VIP ACCESS lets you UNLOCK the ability to request
your own content on HackerMils Stash in the VIP section.
Create your own channel and control all content.
