Ebay user is 'babenotincluded'. Hundreds of listings and every one includes a babe in the advertising image. Not the same babe in all the images either. Can't imaging it being worth their while paying models so it could be a company run by a group of guys and their wife/girlfriends are doing the modeling, or it's one lucky guy with some very obliging girl friends. Unlikely but could be the girls themselves are the shop owners, in which case I would almost be hoping my bike would break down so I can pop round to buy some parts.

The zoom in feature is quite handy when you need to check the grease nipples on certain items.

I think they're all photoshopped. In a few the hands/arms seem to come in at funny angles or be an odd shade.

I reckon he's just got a ton of underwear pics and picks the one that looks closest to natural for her holding the object.
